Sign-in & security
Enable 2-Step Verification (authenticator app preferred over SMS) and review devices in Security Checkup. Use a dedicated Gmail for Play Console publishing to avoid linkage with personal accounts.
Password & recovery
Change password while signed in; use account recovery if locked out. Always set recovery email and phone — without them, account recovery is very difficult.
Play & Cloud developers
Play Console handles Android publishing and IAP; Cloud Console manages Firebase, API keys and servers. Billing and D-U-N-S (for organizations) must match enrollment details.
